Otolith's smoked sockeye, affectionately known as "Squaw Candy", is smoked in small batches to achieve the highest quality entirely natural smokey and sweet wild sockeye product available.
You can get yours beginning in late November through January. It will be sold directly from Otolith and by a few of our wholesale clients such as Harvest Local Foods.
Otolith's current Community Supported Seafood program enrollment form offers the lowest price available. Prepaid CSS orders of at least 6 lbs are only $25/lb. Otolith's Squaw Candy is packaged in convenient 1/2 lb vac/packs that are perfect for lunch, dinner or as a gift. [see image]
