What: Otolith Sushi Lesson Event including instruction and hands-on preparation of three sushi rolls using the highest quality sustainable seafood, [one each] wild Alaskan salmon, halibut and sablefish, all necessary ingredients and accompaniments such as seaweed salad, soy sauce, saki, wasabi, pickled ginger and mochi ice cream dessert.
