Otolith's most recent oyster shucking event was a great success. We were delighted to have two special guests Casson Trevor and Trevor Corson. Casson is a sustainability expert and has just written a book called "Sustainable Sushi" which can be found at his website http://www.sustainablesushi.net/. In addition to Casson, we also welcomed Trevor Corson who also has written several books including "The Secret Life of Lobsters." Trevor's website can be found at www.trevorcorson.com.
