On Saturday, March 7th, Otolith hosted the final winter lesson event for novice Itamae (sushi chefs) or seafood enthusiasts featuring select Otolith quality sustainable seafood including: king crab, king salmon, and sweet pink shrimp. This extraordinary seafood flight was made available to enhance your inner Itamae -- not to be confused with master sushi chef (Shokunin).Thanks to those who could join us!
